Returns & Refund Policy – The Concept Bags

At The Concept Bags, we take pride in the quality of every product we deliver. Each bag goes through a strict quality check before it reaches you. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help—under the following conditions:

Return & Refund Eligibility:

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the defect.
 Note: The video must start before opening the package and should clearly show the defect upon opening.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

-Start recording before opening the package seal.

-Make sure the video is clear and unedited.

-Show the full product and the defect in the same video.

Non-Eligible Cases:

-No return or refund will be accepted for:

-Wrong color or design choice (unless different from what was ordered).

-Minor differences in texture or stitching due to handmade process.

-Damage caused by misuse or handling after delivery.

-Requests without a valid unboxing video.

Refund Amount:

- Taxes, Pacakaging Cost & Delivery Cost is non Refundable

- Delivery Cost Both side
- Packaging Cost

⏳ Time Window:

You must raise the return/refund request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
